I had this brainchild several years ago whilst in the beginning of the end of an 18 year marriage. I had by the grace of God been surrounded by some very spiritual people who would later be known to me as mentors on my spiritual development and a huge help through my life transition. One night sitting with one these blessed friends, we were having an intense discussion about our lives and we were building on what each of us was talking about - like a brainstorming session! Bam - then name came to me, and I didn't quite know what I would do with it, but I immediately went to register the Domain name, and it was taken. How odd I thought, so I registered the .net version and wrote to the owner of the .com - who lived in Germany and had a band called Soul Storming. When I asked him about the reason he came up with that name, he too had a similar vision as I did. He wanted to start an on-line way of communicating with others on a spiritual journey. That is what I wanted too - and how to get it out there was the big question? So here we are in the age of Blogs.....so let the Soul Storming begin. Let this be a place to speak about spiritual journeys, books, retreats, mentors, peace, prayer and how we bring about the change that we seek for ourselves.
